DESCRIPTION:Join Lake County Democrats and other concerned county residents
  in showing our shared outrage and resistance to the lawless actions of th
 e Trump/Musk administration. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.\n\n
 With an unelected and unconfirmed Musk-rat laying waste to core government
  programs and services\, President Trump continues to pump out unlawful ex
 ecutive orders and has place the Department of Justice under siege. Not si
 nce the DOJ's "Saturday Night Massacre\," inflicted by President Nixon dur
 ing Watergate\, has a president tried to circumvent the law.\n\nPlease pla
 n to join us at Courthouse Park in downtown Lakeport. Bring friends\, fami
 ly and signs. All Americans must declare\, regardless of party\, that we r
 emain a democratic nation founded on laws and principles ... not a monarch
 y or banana republic. Rally to uphold the U.S. Constitution\, the intentio
 nal separation of powers in our government structure\, and the preservatio
 n of core government services\, programs and employees.\n\nThis nationwide
  event is not organized or sponsored by the Lake County Democratic Party\,
  but we'll be there for sure.\n\n
